ALITA 852 – Ordinary Transparent Craft Resin

Principal Properties & Application:

ALITA 852 is an ortho-phthalic unsaturated polyester resin synthesized from phthalic anhydride, maleic anhydride, and high-quality glycols. It is pre-dissolved in crosslinking monomers such as styrene. This resin features medium viscosity and low reactivity, making it user-friendly and easy to handle.

ALITA 852 resin is characterized by its light color, high transparency, low shrinkage, and stable curing process. It is highly suitable for manufacturing general transparent craft products, providing excellent aesthetic qualities and reliable performance stability.

Instruction and attention:

1. ALITA 852 resin is free of wax, accelerators, and thixotropic agents.
2. It is recommended to operate and produce in an environment with a temperature of 20-30℃ and humidity below 70%. This not only facilitates better process control but also significantly enhances the performance and quality stability of the final products.

Handling and Storage:

This resin contains ingredients which could be harmful if mishandled. Contact with skin and eyes should be avoided and necessary protective equipment and clothing should be worn.
Drums – It is highly recommended that all material is stored at stable temperatures below 25°C (77°F). Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. To avoid contamination of product with water, do not store outdoors. Keep sealed to prevent moisture pick-up and monomer loss. Rotate stock.
